What is insured?
✔ Protection of your digital departure board from accidental damage (including impact damage). ✔ Breakdown of your product after the end of the manufacturer’s guarantee period. ✔ Unlimited repairs of your product (including parts, and labour). ✔ Replacement product (if we cannot repair it or determine that it is uneconomical to repair). ✔ Vouchers to the value of a replacement product (if we cannot reasonably arrange a replacement).

What is not insured?
✘ Loss, cosmetic damage, neglect, or deliberate damage. ✘ Costs arising from not being able to use your digital departure board or damage to other property. ✘ Costs for replacing any accessories (other than those provided with your product). ✘ Theft or attempted theft of the digital departure board. ✘ Damage resulting from improper installation or unauthorized repairs. ✘ Issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. ✘ Product return shipping costs in either direction.
