This was a birthday present for my husband, who is delighted with it, but who is driving me nuts telling me about train delays 😂Arrived on time - 60cm version - looks great, easy to set up. Dont need a sub to get it set up as I want but some options are extra so you want want to double check if you really want it set up in a particular way (which they are very open about so no problem or issue with that).Had a small difficulty setting up (due to my old age and numpty status). A quick call solved everything, giving me hours of pleasure being virtually moved to far off stations, aswell as keeping up to date with local areas. Should have bought one ages ago.Excellent product and outstanding quality! The live announcements and data brought my room to life, and setup was very simple. Just a warning for EU buyers: be prepared for customs duties since it ships from the UK. I paid more than 100 euros in import taxes. Hopefully, the seller can find a way to dispatch orders from within the EU to avoid these heavy costs for international customers.Got bought this as a birthday present and it’s the best gift I've had in 50 odd years. Mostly I leave it on one busy bus stop where I live and work but I do swap it around a bit for buses, trains and the tube. It’s an awesome bit of kit that usually provokes interest when people come in my office where it’s situated.Verified

Easy to set up and customise.I have a pro departure board at home which is 100 cm long and this is an excellent kit! Really like those RGB dot matrix LED lights and is amazing! I also have the Elinor Hamilton both National Rail and Underground announcement packs and they are so realistic! I love them! Also, Wi-Fi setup was easy too, I just connect my device to the DepartureBoard network and enter my Wi-Fi details and done! That's also a very easy setup, and very simple! It is extremely easy to set up and to change stations around the country. Customer service is unbelievably helpful, even for those of us who live overseas. Love it well done guysI have three Departure Boards, and i just bought another. So i tried the new app, to set up my new board, and it worked really well, it took just a few clicks, and a couple of minutes to do, and presto it was really easy. I have 4 voice packs, and it took about 25 or minutes or so, to fully download, but no hassle all the work is done for you. Now i am not geek, and do not work anything technical well, so i am sure it might need some thing more, that i do not know, but, i played around with it, and so far all is well. This app is much easier to set up, well done, and a big thank you, to Russell, and the guy's, at UK Departure Boards.Bought this for my husband - he absolutely loves it!Absolutely belting! Truly one of my favourite EVER purchases...love it. I bought it as a treat to myself; It's on constantly at home and I can switch the announcements off if needs be, though they are fantastic. Easy to set up and use. Love taking trips to random stations and seeing where it takes me! You really don't need to be a train nut to enjoy one of these. The customer service is immense too. I have it mounted near to where I sit and I’m over the moon with it, it’s definitely one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever had!+0Ordered my desktop board and it came the following day. I love trains and always love train announcements. I did have some probs setting up the Desktop Departures® Board on my home network as the Board needs an internet 2.5 GHz connection to work. I had to reset my router back to the default settings. I also found I got quick support when I needed it. If you love trains, buy this board.Absolutely amazing, just love the idea and design of the board, I currently have the Classic Departure Board and it is just amazing showing what I like. On our Making Tracks layout we’ve got 3 fantastic departure boards, the large one showing real time information from Milton Keynes Central and 2 medium boards showing the destinations of our model trains – simply magical!

Railcam UK and UKDB have for many years been providing our little departure board widget, buried deep within our live signalling diagrams. The physical boards are the next level though and we recommend them wholeheartedly to any gadget freak or rail enthusiast (or both).

Great destination board, even the smaller and medium sized ones are light years ahead of the other manufacturer’s boards. Don’t go for another type – you won’t regret the OG version!
