Yes, the easiest way to do this is to send the other account a gift voucher. The other account can then purchase the voice pack(s) using the gift vouchers credit.

Can I gift someone a subscription?
Yes, the easiest way to do this is select “Gift subscription” on the subscription product page and type in the email of the account you want to purchase the subscription for. If they don’t have an account already, it will create one for them and they can reset the password later. You will have full control over the gifted subscription and payment details.

You can also send gift vouchers to another account which can then be used towards a subscription. The initial 30 day free trial will need card details entered to be activated but no payment will be taken.
Can I turn the board on & off every day?
Yes, the boards are designed to run 24/7 but you can certainly also switch them on and off as much as you like it will not damage the board.
Can I start a subscription at a later date?
Yes, the free 30 day subscription trial will start from the day the subscription is purchased.
How do I resubscribe after cancelling?
You can resubscribe to an existing subscription by going to the My Account section of the website. Then under ‘My Subscriptions’ find the subscription you would like to resubscribe to (usually the latest one) and click ‘Resubscribe’

Do you support my local station / stop?
Yes we should do! You can 100% find out by seeing if it is listed on our board web configuration app.
Do you support Glasgow’s subway
No, not even Glasgow’s subway has departure boards these days, they have been replaced with frequency displays instead.
Do you support Ireland rail services?
Yes, we support Irish Rail including Dart. We currently don’t support Northern Ireland, but will be adding support for it soon!
Do you support my bus stop / service?
If you can find your bus stop / service over at bustimes.org then yes we support it.
My Departure Board will not turn on
The departure boards take 15-20sec to boot when plugged in. They will have a completely blank screen within this time window. There will be a lit green led on the end cap to indicate the board is receiving power. If you do not see this or the board does not boot after about 60 sec please contact support. Check you are using the original supplied 5v 3a power supply which came with the board.
