Can I change the colour of the display screen once purchased?
No, the screen colour selected in the store is the colour the board will remain on. It can not be changed via the web app.
What colour does the Desktop Departures come in?
The Desktop Departures plastic case can be either Black or White and the display can be Yellow, White, Green or Blue.
Does the Desktop Departures require a external speaker for audio announcements?
No, the Desktop Departures has a built in speaker and is audio announcements ready. You can also connect an external Bluetooth speaker if you prefer.
Do the boards show freight services?
Yes, We now support freight and empty coaching stock. We will also be adding charter services in the future as well.
What is the difference between the Classic and Pro?
Basically just the size, the Classic is 60cm and has an clear acrylic window and the Pro is 100cm. They both have the exact same functionality and run the same firmware.
Will one subscription cover multiple departure boards.
Yes, you only require one subscription. This will cover unlimited amount of departure boards which are attached to your account.
Do you support the Tyne and Wear metro stations?
Yes, All Tyne and Wear Metro stations are now fully supported.
How does my board access the departure information?
The board will talk to our servers via your WiFi connection and then talk to a variety of external data feeds to receive the relevant departure information.
How accurate is the information displayed?
The information is as accurate as you would find at the real station as we use the same data source
